The following numbered items directly coorespond to the letter's numbering . 6. The new exterior walls are non bearing partition walls , but will be constructed with non combustible materials . See architectural drawings for construction type. 7 . Due to the fact that we have framed the new addition in such a way that all new loading will bear on existing structure, no substantial framing loads will be added to the parking garage concrete twin tee construction . The self weight of the framing and stone veneer wainscot will be of no consequence to the existing parking roof. 8 . Detail 3/S1 shows the detail for the stone veneer support. The new stone veneer will be the same as fhe existing stone veneer surrounding this area and the self weight will not be of structural consequence to the concrete twin tee construction of the parking garage . 9 . The new floor infill and deck framing is to be constructed with only steel frame , therefore there will be no wood supporting the concrete slab . 10. Presently , there is approximately 6 to 8 inches of gravel , soil and grass around the exterior of the building over the existing concrete twin tees and foundation system . A good majority of this will be removed to bring in a thin set of stone pavers for the new patio outside of the lower level doors.
