pumps, Moto-Massage€ Jets, air valves, levers, and other HOT SPRlrtrG Portable
Spa components against malfunction,leaking or defects in materials or work-
manship for a period of five years from the spa's purchase date. Filter cartridges,
light bulbs, spa pillows and cover locks are not included in this waranty, but
are waranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time
of delivery to the orighal consumer purcha-ser. (Spa covers, FRESH WATEREI
Ozone Purification Systems, jet replacement kits and other spa accessories are
specifically excluded from this warranty, although they may be covered by other

voltage requirements (115v or 23th +/- 10%) or operation of the sPa at water
temperatures outside the range of 32" F. ard 120' F-; damage caused by voltage
spikes or 'brown ou( conditions; damage causai by dirty, clogged or calcified
filter carhidges bee Spa Care ard Maintenance instructions in the Onners
Mannal); damage to the spa surface caused by the use of hi-chloro chlorine,
chemical tablets in a flaater, acid, or any other spa sanitizing chemicals or spa
su ace dearers which are not recommended by Watkins Manufacturing
Corporation; damage caused by atlowing undissolved spa sanitizing chemicals
to lie on the spa surfacn (no spa surface material can withstand this kind of
abuse); darnage to components or spa surface caused by improper pH balance or
other improper water chemistry maintenance; and damage to the spa surface
caused by leaving the spa mcovered while empty of water and in dircct expo-
sure to sunlight (this rnay cau-se solar heating dishess) are considered abuses
and may invalidate this waranty.

HOT SPRING Portable Spa or other incidental or consequential osts, expens€s
or damages, which may indude but are not limit€d to, the removai of a perma-
nent deck, or other rustom fixturq or the necessity for crane rcmoval. AnJ
inrplied warranty shall have a duration equal to the duration of the applicable
warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Watkins Manufacturing
