Enclosed is an application for a building permit for Klahr Construction Inc. The
work is to be performed at Treetops Condominiums in Lionshead. This unit was
remodeled by Klahr construction Inc. in 1992. The remodel will be confined almost
entirely to the hall bath area. All electrical will be confined to this area. All wiring will be
done by Best Electric and will conform to existing electrical codes. Plumbing will consist
of installing double sinks in the place of an existing single sink.Some wallpaper will be
installed and one new door will be cut. Please call if you have any questions or problems.

place or any portion thereof. The right-of-way on alL Town of
Vail streets and roads is approxiroately 5 ft. off Pavenent.This ordinance will be stri-tly enforced by the Town of Vail
Public Works Department. Persons found violating this ordj.nance
will be given a 24 hour written notice to rernove said material .
