GENERAL INFORMATION
This application is for any project requiring Design Review approval. Any protect requiring design review must
receive Design Review approval prior to submitting for a building permit. For specific information, sec the submittal
requirements for the particular approval that is requested. The application cannot he accepted until all thc required
information is submitted. The project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and/or the Planning and
Environmental Commission. Design Review Board approval expires one year after final approval unless a
building permit is issued and construction is started.
