r have digitized the plans for sand.stone park, and rny figures are a little lower than yours. However, in order t.A filure the allowable GRFA, r must have the "buildable site,, area. that is,any area that is over 408 slope must, be subtracted from the totai area.
rn looking through our files, r cannot find, a survey. prease s9bq1r a_ survey stamped by a registered surveyor, with the amount of 40* slope figured, then subtracted from the total area.

This letter ie to conflrrn that you have staff approval to add 24.5 square feet to the Canpbell condoniniun per your drawings dated 4/87 and per the letter from Robert A. Lowry, President of the Sandstone Park Condorninium Association dated May 26,
1987 in which the Association gives their approval.
To date there is 20,084 sguare feet of GRFA existing in 16 units. The size of this lot is I.54 acres zoned LDMF and
allotsable GRFA is 20,L24 square feet.
with the addition of 24.5 square feet, the total GRFA will then
be 20,108 square feet.
The exterior changes must be finished j-n the same style and color as the existing building.

determine if any additional jnformation is needed. No application will be accepted
unless it is complete (must include all items required by the zoning administrator).It is the applicant's responsibility to make an appointment with the staff to find
out about additional submittal requirements. Please note that a C0MPLETE applica-tion will streamline the approval process for your project by decreasing the number
