You can pick up an application at either Community Development, Iocated at 75 South Frontage Road or Public Works, located at 1309 Elkhorn Drive. Notice sign-offs for utility companies. A construction traffic control/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper. An approved site plan may also be used.
