Dear Andrew and Scott, The Design Review Board has reviewed the application for the window replacement at Breakaway West, located at 963 Lionsridge Loop. They voted to approve a window replacement. However, they did not approve of the proposed configuration of the windows. Their approval included the following conditions: 1. That the configuration of the windows stays the same.2. That the sill of the upper window stays in the lame location.3. That the center mullion can be reduced to 4 inches and the glass matched to the bottom.4. The frame must remain as is. Reoulred Plan Sheet Format For all surveys, site plans, landscape plans and other site improvement plans, all of the following must be shown. 1. Plan sheet size must be 24"x 35'. For large projecB, larger plan size may be allowed. 2. Scale. The minimum scale is 1"=20'. All plans must be at the same scale. 3. Gnphic bar scale. 4. North anow. 5. TiUe block, project name, project address and legal decription. 6. Indication of plan preparer, address and phone number, 7, Dates of original plan preparation and all revision dates. 8. Desion Review Board Metinq Reouirernents For new constiuction and additions, the applicant must sbke and tape the poect site to indicate property lines, proposed buildings and building corners. All trees to be removed must be taped. The applicant must ensure that *aking done during the winter is not buried by snow. All site tapings and staking must be completed prior to the day of the DRB meeting. Applicants who fail to appear before the Design Review Board on their scheduled meeting date and who have not asked in advance that discussion on their item be postponed, will have their items remored from the DRB agenda until such Ume as the item has been republbhed. If the DRB approves the applicatjon with conditions or rmdifications, all conditions of approval must be resolved prior to the issuance of a building permit. Staff Aooroval The Administrator (a member of the planning staff) may rEuiew and approve Design Review applications, approve with certain modifications, deny the application, or refer the application to the Design Rwiew Board for a decision. All staff approvals are reviewed by the Design Review Board and any staff decision is subject b final approval by the DRB, Additional Review and Fees If this application requires a separate review by any local, state or Federal agency other than the Town of Vail, the application fee shall be increased by $200.00. Enmples of such review, may include, but are not limited to: Colorado Department of Highway Access Permits, Army Corps of Enginees 404, etc. The applicant shall be responsible for paying any publishing fees in ocess of 50% of the application fee.
