D tr Changes to Approved Plans Separation Request $20 No Fee Oct 23 OG lo:52a cest 303 -S?3 -3613 Gteg, I am rebuilding the back deck and the entryJevel deck because tle framing was rotten. This made it very unsafe for anyone renling out this unit. The railing was also out ofdate, as you know; this made it very unsafe for any children to be out on the deck. What we would like to do is replace the deck and rebuild it to the same size as the previous dec( but use treated lumber, make the railing to code, and to mafch that of units # E and 9. At the entry level we were going to replace the rotten wood and rebuild the deck the same as previous. Please let me know if you have any problems or question about this.
