CONCEPTUAL DESIGN REVTEW 1. Submittal recruirements: The ovtner or authorized agent ofE -projec-alequiring design approval as prescribed by this- chlpter nay subrnit plans for conceptual review by the Design Review Board to the Department of Cornrnunity Developnent. The purpose of a conceptual review shall be to give the applicant a basic understanding with respect to the design concept and the conpatibifity of a proposal with the Design Guidelines contained wittrin this chapter. This procedure is recomnended nainly for those applications v. 2. of a higher inpact than single-fanily and tso-fanily residences although proJects of that nature shall not be excluded from the opportunity to request a conceptual desigrn review.
