The ordinance will give you a good idea as to how applications under this provision are to be- handled. 0rrce a formal application is made to our department, I would anticipate the only formal review needed would be done by the Design Review Board. As i had stated when we met a couple of weeks ago, the only possible issue I anticjpated with respect to your application was with land- scapjng. As you will see from readjng the ordinance, any application for additions under this provision is required to demonstrate how the property.isincomp1iancewithexistingTownofVaildevelOpment standards. These standards include things such as landscaping, paving of driveways, enclosure of trash areas, and the exterior finish of structures etc.. From our site visits to your home last year, I do not recall an over abundance of landscaping on your site. The ordinance will give you a good idea as to how applications under this provision ane to be- handled. 0nce a formal application is made to our department, I would anticipate the only formal review needed would be done by the Design Review Board. As I had stated when we met a couple of weeks ago, the only possible 'i ssue I anticipated with respect to your appl ication was with land- scaping. As you will see from reading the ordinance, any application for addjtions under this provision is required to demonstrate how the property is in comp)iance with existing Town of Vail development I standards. These standards include things such as landscaping, paving of driveways, enclosure of trash areas, and the'exterior finish of structures etc.. From our sjte visits to your home last year, I do not recall an over abundance of landscaping on your site. Once an application is made, this de-'ermination will be made by the staff and,/or Design Review Board' I have been unable to locate the previously submitted plans for thjs deck enclosure.
