If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Department Approval, Enginee/s (Public Works)
review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Department review, and a
review by the Building Department, the estimated time for a total review may take up to
six (6) weeks.
All commercial (large or small) and all multl-family permib will have to follow the above
menUoned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser
amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above
menUoned departnrents with regard to necessary review, these proJects may take up to
six (6) weeks to review and approve.
Every attempt will be made by this department to expedite this permit as soon as
possible.

understand that if the permit is not picked up by the expiration date, that I must still pay
the plan check fee and that if I fail to do so it may affect future permits that I apply for.
