Materials will generally continue incorporate or duplicate existing materials and colors.
o Roofing materials matching the current wood shakes will be utilized on the
additions to match the existing wood shakes on the house.
o Wood siding, fascia, trim & soffits. Comer boards, door & window trim. New
materials will match existing materials in both material & color. Where
appropriate, existing materials will be removed to ensure a seamless transition
between the existing house and the additions.
o Stone veneer. Stone veneer matching the existing veneer is currently available.
Where appropriate existing stone will be removed and blended with new stone to
ensue a seamless transition between the existing house and the addition.
o Windows. All glazing styles and window types will match existing windows.
Additional operable windows will be added and egress windows installed where
required by code.
o Doors. New doors will match or be compatible with existing doors insofar as
possible. The new main entry door will vary slightly to provide a higher quality
entry experience.r Paving stones will match existing pavers at the pool deck.
r Flashings, gutters, downspouts and metal trim will be painted or treated to match
