I have reviewed your two areas of concern on the above-
noted house and formed the following conclusions:
1. The beam over the north wall of the aaster bedroom
is onLy working as a toP plate in the wall structure.

creased the net section properties of the beams suf-
ficiently to have caused any structural Pfoblems-This is lrobably due to the pressure blocklng be-
t\reen thb beams- hel-ping to hlndle the bearing load.- Therefore, I do not see the necessity to add beam
hangers.
