All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to (5) weeks to review and approve. You can pick up an application at either Community Development locabd at 75 South Fronbge Road or Public.Works, locaEd at 1309 Elkhorn Drive. Notice sign-offs for utility companies. A construction traffic control/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper, An approved site plan may also be used.
