Effective June 20, L99!, the Town of Vail Building Department hasdeveloped the following procedures to ensure that new const.ructionsites have adequately established proper drainage from buildingsites along and adjacent to Town of Vail roads or streets.
The Town of Vail Public Works Department will be required toinspect and approve drainage adjacent to Town of Vai.l roads orEtreets and tlre instaLlation of temporary or pelmanent culverts ataccess points from the road or street on to the construction site.
Such approval must be obtained prior to any reguest for inspectionby the Town of Vail Buj-lding Department for footings or temporaryelect.rical- or any other inspection. Please call 479-21-60 torequest an inspection from the Public Works Department. A1low a
mi-nimum of 24 hour notice.

1. The Board of,Managers would like to encourage any and aIllnterior condominium remodels at Vantage point.
2. All work must -comDly wittr rhe Town of Vail building, fireand zoning codes along with any restrictions stated in thecondominium Declaration, covenants and By-Laws. A buildingpermit must be obtained from the Town of vail if app1icab16.
3. A11 remodels must be registered with the Vantage point
General Y?!?g"r and an approved remodel registiation formmust be filled out.
4. Any work which involves building common areas, as definedin Ehe Vantage Point Amended Condominiurn Declaration onPage 3, paragraph F and Page 26, paragraph ZI , must beapproved by the Vantage point Board of Managers.
5. Any work which causes excessive noise, dust, noxious fsrnes,etc. beyond the confines of the individual condomlniumunit must be done during normal business hours as designatedby the building General Manager.
5. Any costs incurred by the condominium Association in relationto any individual remodel shal1 be reimbursed by the individualowner. This shall include but not limited to extra trashrembval , buildinq cleanup, etc.

As required by the Towr of Vail Building Department, the
Vantage Point/Vail Condominium Association has given permissionfor an interior remodel to take place within condomlnium unit #5A2,Phase I, Vant.age Point/VaiL.
lhe permission will be withdrawn irmrediately lf any of the following
conditions are not met:
1. Changes and alterations are to oecur within the interior wal-lsof the "condominium unit" as defined in the Amended Condominium
Declarations, and at no time will the "general conunon elementsrt
be alt.ered.
2. No changes, addicions or alterations to the exterior of
Vantage Point/Vail will be made without, separate approvdl from
the Board of Managers of the Association. This included the
changeout of doors and windows, eolor of paint, 1lght fixtures,
etc.
3. A11 changes and/or alterat,ions must be done with a Town of Vail
building permit and meet. current building, fire and safety codes.

BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE TIME FRAME
If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Department Approval, Engineer's (Public Works)
review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Depaftment review, and a review
by the Building Department, the estimated time for a total review will take as long as three (3)
weeks.
All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above
mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount
of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned
departmenb with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take three (3) week to
review and approve.
Every attempt will be made by this department to expedite this permit as soon as possible.
I, the undersigned, understand the plan check procedure and time frame, I also understand
that if the permit is not picked up by the expiration date, that I must still pay the plan check fee
and that if I fail to do so it may affect future permits that I apply for.
