All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. ksidential and small projeds sfrould take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or srnaller projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary revieur, these projec{s may also take three (3) weeks to review and approve.
