I am the owner of Lot 1 in the Zneimer subdi�ision in Vail, Colorado commonly
known as 1677 Buffehr Creek Road. Please �ccept this leEt�r as rroy request fhat the town
of Vail revise the GSA map that Lat 1 is in a moderate rock fall zone not a severe zone as
eurrently shawn. Attach�d are the supporting studies frorn recognized experts in Coloradn
supparting this revision. The supparting information a[so notes that lots 2 and 3 should be
revised as well. I am only the owner of Lot 1 and the revis�on of the other lots would �e up
to the Town of Vail.
