remain available to the homeowners at Timberfalls_
In order to complete my revie."v of your storage shed request, please submit a letter of approval
from the Timbcrfalls Homcowncr's Association. If the Association is agreeable to the
construction of the storage shed at Unit *1401 and the usc of I 7.5 square feet of GRFA and site
coverage, your request will be approved by the Town.

Forest Glen 1s completely platted,
however, it was spLit off ofTimberfalls and should be part of theanalysis. Tinberfalls has signi ficant
GRFA available (because the flnalbuildinq \^ras never constructed) .
could you determine vrhat exactly isavailable- - -number of units and GRFA.
And where it could go (where was thefinal buiLding to be located). And
would you draft a letter to Ron layingthis out.
