The right-of-way on all Toqrn ofVail streets and roads is approxinately 5 ft. 6ff pavernent.This ordinance wIlI be strictly enforcEd by the Town of VaiIPY!]ic works Department. persons found violating thls ordlnancewill be given a 24 hour sritten notice to rernove-said material .fn the event the person so notified does not comply with thenotice within the 24 hour time specified, the pulfic worksDepartrnent will remove said material at the expense of personnotified. The provisions of this ordinance snatt not beapplicable to construction, naintenance or repair projects ofany street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.
