Beginning at a point on the west line of said NW14, NW'4, Section 10, whence the northwest corner of said Section 10, ,
bears N 00�02'30" W 856.36 feet distant; thence the following six courses along the existing Town of Vail boundary:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, the Town of Vail, being the owner of the lands described
hereon referred to as "platted lands", certify as follows:
That the Town of Vail is the true owner of all platted lands subject to easements of record.
That the Town of Vail does hereby lay out, plat and subdivide the platted lands into lots and tracts as shown
on this plat under the name and style of "VAIL VALLEY FOURTH FILING".
That the Town of Vail hereby reserves for the use of the public the utility and pedestrian easements shown on
this plat.
That the Town of Vail declares and agrees that the platted lands shall be ubject to the Protective Covenants
of VAIL VALLEY FOURTH FILING, Eagle County, Colorado, as recorded in Book a 9� at Page �_ of the records of
