The wall sample looks great, and it would be wonderful to keep the wall height at 6 feet! Is the bus stopഀ
drawn, on the site plan at the '6 foot' location? YESഀ
Couple questions:ഀ
Would it be possible to enlarge the existing planter on the west end of the US Bank parking lot (infill the areaഀ
that is currently a parking space)? We would prefer not to, to leave it as snow storage, and there is noഀ
irrigation to place in that area, so whatever would be planted there would most likely die.ഀ
Will the existing crosswalk signs and paint be removed? Yesഀ
Will the work be done in phases? If so, please label the estimated phase order. The work will beഀ
completed all this year starting this spring.ഀ
Please label the work that will be done by the Town and the work that will be part of 4-Seasons construction.ഀ
All the modifications shown on the plan are to be done by the Town in conjunction with the Fourഀ
Seasons approved plan.ഀ
Will the pavers match existing on the north side? The south pavers are already a part of the Fourഀ
Seasons approved plan. But yes they will.ഀ
Will the TOV bus shelter match existing bus shelter design? If so, we may want to include a photo of one thatഀ
is similar in size in the file. Yes and I will get a picture.ഀ
How large is the bus shelter? -8'x12'ഀ

Nicole here is the signed application, the plan, some details and the current proposed wall type. I believe byഀ
moving the shelter well east we are able to have a max wall height of 6'.ഀ
