I believe that the appropriate method would to get something in writing and we will notice the item for the Juneഀ
22nd meeting. If it goes on the notice we have to act on the minor amendment. A minor amndemetn won't goഀ
to the PEC as an item which can be tabled. Rollie does this work for you? If you have questions please ask.ഀ

Jen,ഀ
At Planner's Staff yesterday, the interpretation was upheld that the residence additions qualify as interiorഀ
conversion and 250, and need only DRB approval. And that the commercial bay window would require a Minorഀ
SDD Amendment. In a discussion this morning with Rollie, he wishes to table the Minor SDD Amendment untilഀ
he has a chance to discuss it with the owners.ഀ
The next step to move forward on the residence remodel is to submit a DRB Addition' application w/ fee.ഀ
have the drawings necessary to process the DRB. Let me know if you have questions or concerns.ഀ
Best,ഀ
