And that the commercial bay window would require a Minor਍ഀ SDD Amendment. In a discussion this morning with Rollie, he wishes to table the Minor SDD Amendment until਍ഀ he has a chance to discuss it with the owners.਍ഀ The next step to move forward on the residence remodel is to submit a DRB Addition' application w/ fee.਍ഀ have the drawings necessary to process the DRB.
