I spoke with Sharla Nelson, who confirmed that਍ഀ the repair would replace snowmelt tubes and hook into the existing boiler system. Based on her਍ഀ description of the work to be completed, no additional building permits are necessary, including਍ഀ plumbing and mechanical.
