Dear Mr. Wells,ഀ
Attached is the design review approval form for the repair and potential replacement of stoneഀ
and brick pavers at 1119 Ptarmigan Rd in Vail. I spoke with Sharla Nelson, who confirmed thatഀ
the repair would replace snowmelt tubes and hook into the existing boiler system. Based on herഀ
description of the work to be completed, no additional building permits are necessary, includingഀ
plumbing and mechanical. However, in order to utilize the street for parking, a right-of-way useഀ
permit will be required from the Department of Public Works.ഀ
