Dear Ms. Friede:
Please accept this letter as permission from Arrabelle at Vail Square, LLC (as the Arrabelle
project lot owner) to allow the owner of unit 755 at the Arrabelle at Vail Square to submit an
application for DRB approval to install an exterior patio/gazebo chandelier light fixture. This
permission is granted with the understanding that the applicant will obtain final written approval
from AVS prior to beginning installation of the approved fixture.
