The goal of this consolidation is to provide the Bulls with a more਍ഀ flexible rental program, as well as a larger personal residence.਍ഀ ਍ഀ The units would be connected with a new fire-rated door assembly at their਍ഀ respective entry halls, and provide the ability to rent as a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit,਍ഀ a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit or as a 5 bedroom/4 bath combined unit. As part of਍ഀ this remodel, Unit 402 will be modified from a 2 bedroom/1 bath plan to a 2਍ഀ bedroom/2 bath floor plan. The other major aspect of the remodel is to take਍ഀ advantage of the volume of the top floor and raise ceilings up to the existing਍ഀ roof framing and install additional windows to increase the light. They would਍ഀ also bring the interior finishes and volumes in line with Unit 403. In addition, three new windows (24" x 24") will be added਍ഀ to the west walf of the entry above the entry door to bring light into the਍ഀ western volume of the unit.
