The owner of Units 203 and 303, Gail G. Ellis would like to remodel her existingഀ
2 units in the Mill Creek Court Condominiums, while additional remodel work isഀ
being proposed by the owner of Units 402 and 403. With the work of all unitsഀ
occurring at the same time, this would minimize the impact of the constructionഀ
for those owners within the building and for the Town of Vail. The goal is toഀ
begin work after the July 4t" holiday, and have the work completed prior to theഀ
Thanksgiving holidays.ഀ

The exterior changes proposed for the Unit 203 and 303 remodel are asഀ
follows:ഀ

1. On the east elevation (Chute Road), the existing living room door andഀ
window combination will be replaced by a new sliding glass door unitഀ
which will fit in the existing stucco framed opening.ഀ
2. On the north elevation (Gore Creek Drive), a new 24" x 42" casementഀ
window will be added to the new bath 1, and will have no stucco accentഀ
band (to match other bath windows) and be painted or clad white toഀ
match existing windows.ഀ

All materials, finishes and colors will match existing. Existing light fixtures willഀ
remain in place, and no new additional light fixtures are being proposed.ഀ
