On the north elevation (Gore Creek Drive), a new 24" x 42" casement਍ഀ window will be added to the new bath 1, and will have no stucco accent਍ഀ band (to match other bath windows) and be painted or clad white to਍ഀ match existing windows.਍ഀ ਍ഀ All materials, finishes and colors will match existing.
