1. Exterior Windows and Doors: Clad Wood windows with low E insulative glassഀ
equivalent to Sierra Pacific, Pella or Kolbe & Kolbe. Clad frame color to be Darkഀ

2. Exterior Siding: 1x8 channel rustic cedar siding. Stain color to match existing.ഀ
3. Exterior Trims: 1x and 2x rough sawn western red cedar to match existing. Stainഀ

4. Decking: Cutting, patching and/or rot replacement, as required, is to match existingഀ
heart redwood decking (2x6)ഀ
5. Deck Handrails: Open handrail balusters that are spaced at 10" o. c. may beഀ
required to have additional balusters installed at center points between existingഀ
balusters to meet current building code requirements. We propose to install new 2x4ഀ
roughsawn cedar ballusters in between the existing, to change spacing to 5"o.c. Thisഀ
