photos of all roof forms which show all ridges and valleys.ഀ
As we have discussed, our neighbor does not intend to complete his side of the new roof until next year.ഀ
However, we need to replace our roof this year since it is leaking and has already damaged the interior ofഀ

We own % a duplex in Vail that has a shake roof that needs replacement.ഀ
Both sides want to change to a asphalt shingle roof. The neighbor doesഀ
not want to do this for another year; we need to do this now because ourഀ
roof is leaking. We have heard that the Town of Vail will not allow aഀ
unit to have different materials (e.g. our side being asphalt shingle;ഀ
the neighbor's side being wooden shake). Is this correct? We areഀ
trying to get neighbor to do this now, but he wants to wait a yearഀ
because he plans to expand his side and does not want to roof twice.ഀ
