Linda called about the painting, and I thought you and I discussed it, and we were fine to have your guy paint
our side of the garage.
On the sale of the house, we have come to the conclusion that we are going to sell the house. Please let me
know the next steps with the Hanks. Thanks.

Hello Paul,
How are you? I hope great! I am very sorry that we were unable to meet before you left. I basically
wanted to go over the projects that I would like to get done this fall.
The first project is the painting of the house. We would like to paint the front of the garage, however, as
you know it it shared. Would you be interested in at least having your side of the garage painted. If so,
I can get the cost associated with that. Please let me know.
The second project is getting the garage roof completed. For us to complete this, the Town of Vail has
required the 5'X 20' section of your half to be completed. The reasoning is beyond me!! However, for
us to proceed, that would have to be done. The cost for your portion is $4,900.00. The roofer can
donate some of the material from a leftover job. Folie Construction has estimated around $1,000
savings.
I hope we can work this out. Maintenance improvements for duplex ownership is the most challenging
aspect of my job!! In any event, I appreciate your consideration and will respect whatever you decide.
