He can be reached at 970-479-2235. Cond: CON0011119 The applicant shall return all disturbed areas to the condition in which they existed prior to the drainage improvements. All vegetation and materials shall match those existing currently. Cond: CON0011120 The applicant shall match all new exterior drainage pipes to the materials currently existing on the structure in dimension, style, and color prior to requesting final planning inspections.
