property owner may be required to replace trees that are removed. If required to replace, applicants must replant trees
by November Ist of the Wowing year from the date of approval. Please be prepared to provide a tree replacement
plan. Please see tips for tree planting and species selection on red page. Design review approval expires one year
from date of approval.
