quiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design
Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Communi Devel ent, as

To Whom It May Concern,
At the annual meeting of the Riverhouse Condominium Association
held on July 12, 2009, it was voted unanimously (by those present or
those represented by proxy) to repaint our building.
The colors chosen have been approved by a majority of the Riverhouse
Association residents. Samples are enclosed with our application.
Sharper Image Painting Inc has been retained to do the painting in the
spring of 2010.
