The owner partners of Big Horn Land and Cattle Co (owner of the property at 3984A Big Horr
Road Vail, CO) have agreed to authorize you to hire someone to remove the two diseased tr
on the property (one lodgepole in the front, and one aspen in the back). It is our understandil
that the Town of Vail has already approved the removal of these tress.
We (Big Horn L&C) will bear the expense of removing the aspen in the back on our property,
we will share the expense of removing the lodgepole in the common property out front. We c
either be direct billed by the contractor, or we will have our local accountant cut you a check 1
our portion of the bill.
Thanks again for your help on this matter. Let me know if you have any thoughts about what
type of tree should replace the lodgepole. We were thinking a blue spruce or an aspen might
good.
