Beaver Dam Road, for which I am seeking a permit.
I faxed the application to your office yesterday and placed the yellow plastic strip around the dead
tree which is to be removed.
Please review my application, I do hope to have the dead lodge pole pine removed by next week.

I was contacted by our gardener about the fact we have 2-3 dead trees
in front of our home that need to be removed.
I have given my permission to have them removed but apparently in the
case of a duplex the Town Of Vail also requires authorization from the
adjacent owner.
As you can see I have copied Moon Hsu who will be obtaining the
necessary permit. Assuming you are comfortable agreeing to this
request I ask you to simply state so in a simple positive reply to my
email.
I don't think the removal negatively affects the look of our property and
it certainly isn't near yours but you can count on the fact that if the
property looks at all sparce we will simply be planting new trees.
Please let me know either way how you feel . I look forward to hearing
from you at your earliest convenience.
