This letter is in referei�ce to The Club at Cordiilera's intention with the Cordi.11era Vail
Golf Shop in Vail Village. The space will be used for retail sales azzd golf instruction. '=`'�' `
Tllere are two facets of the operation: 1) golf shop with typical golf retail merchandise for = ��
sale, and 2) golf instructional area including putting greens and a full swing hitting bay.
The Cordillera Vail Golf Shop wil.l-be-open ta the public and will not be used as a private '`'
exclusive space.
Available products will include typical golf shop inventory, golf shirts,golf balls, golf
shoes, etc. In addition, golf professionals will be available to provide putting instxuctioi�,
full swing instruction, and club fitting, including computerized swing ailalysis. We feel
the Cordillera Vail Golf Shop will fill a niche in Vail Village durin�the sici season by
; providing a novelty alternative for those visiting and residing in Vail Village. In
addition, it will remind visitors to the Vail Valley that golf is a majar part of the Vail
Valley lifestyle.
