Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as

Hey Rick,
The Town of Vail has received the design review application for a new sun room at the Tom Winters /Hotter
Residence located at 4094A Lupine Drive. In order to complete this application, the proposed plan sheets must
be corrected to identify the proposed exterior materials and colors. In addition to the plan sheet corrections,
exterior color and material samples must be also be submitted for review.
Please submit these items to my attention at the Town of Vail Community Development Department at your
earliest convenience. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me via email or at
