No. of PAGES including this one: 2 Attached please find an application for Design Review for Minor Exterior Alteration. As per my conversation with Mr. Bob Webb, I am filing this application in reference to replacing gutters at aforementioned building. I was unaware of the requirement to file this type of application for replacement work or standard maintenance on a building within the Town limit-9. I inquired as to whether a fee was due and Mr. Webb informed the that there wasn't. I have included in this request standard maintenance that is required to keep a building up of this age. In the future I will certainly file the application so as to be in compliance with Town Rules. Feel free to call if you have any questions.
