BUILDING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
1 All sheets of the plans are required to be stamped and signed by the architect.
2 Provide complete, revised plans sets with all plan sheets. Partial plan sets are not accepted.
3 Supply the original TOV approved plan set.
Structural Comments:
4 Provide special inspection for the helical pier installation. Indicate name of firm and qualifications of who will be performing testing and inspection.
