Application for Review by the Planning and Environmental Commission
Dear Mr. Vickers,
We write this letter as contract purchaser of 375 Forest Road to inform you of our intent to
submit a Town of Vail Application for Design Review and Variance Request Application for the
above mentioned property. Our contract dated December 1, 2009 (and amended December 19,
2009) specifies a closing date of January 15, 2010. However, our redevelopment schedule
requires that we submit the above Applications by December 28, 2009 and December 29, 2009,
respectively. The Town of Vail requires acknowledgement by the existing title holder to allow
these submissions.
Vtrith the above in mind, we ask that you countersign this letter to indicate your approval of our
planned submission. Please return this letter via fax or email at your earliest convenience this
week to facilitate the submission of these Applications.
