Our contract dated December 1, 2009 (and amended December 19, 2009) specifies a closing date of January 15, 2010. However, our redevelopment schedule requires that we submit the above Applications by December 28, 2009 and December 29, 2009, respectively. The Town of Vail requires acknowledgement by the existing title holder to allow these submissions.
