General Information:
This application is required for all proposals involving the addition of any floor area, including net floor area and/or gross
residential floor area (GRFA). This also includes proposals for 'residential 250 additions' and 'interior conversions'.
Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be found at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information - Town Code Online. All
projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application
for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development
Department, as outlined in the submittal requirements. The project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council
and/or the Planning and Environmental Commission. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval,
unless a building permit is issued and construction commences.

STIPULATION AND ORDER
The Plaintif:, Courchevcl, Ltd., a partnership, and
the Defendant, Town of Fail, do hereby stipulate and agree:
(1) Courchevcl, Ltd. is the owner of that property
within the Town o- Vail described as a part of Lot B71, and a
part of Let B Lionsridgc Filing P1.
(2) The Plaintiff, Courchevel, Ltd, has proposed to
develop said nreoerzy in accordance with a site plan and ele-
vations and floor plans that were submitted to the Town Council
of the Town of Vail on August 16, 1972.
(3) After reviewing said submittals, the Town Coun-
cil approved the proposed settlement.
(4) The parties agree specifically that:
(a) The Plaintiff, Courchcvel, Ltd. would de-
velcp the abov srccified pro^crty in accordance with the site
and unit plans, submitted to anei approved by the Town Council.
(b) There will be no more than 20 dwelling
units constructed.
(c) The Town's staff and Council have expressed
concern about the location and number of parking spaces, and
Courchevcl, Lid. has acreed to review the same and remedy, if
possible, the potential narkinc problems.

(e) The Plaintiff shall submit his plans and

(f) The Plaintiff has previously obtained a
building permit from Eagle County for the above-specified pro-
perty, and it need not obtain another permit from the Town.
