COMMENTS The existing duplex home is proposed to be torn down. We are designing
the new west side for Larry and Lori Allen while Michael Sanner is designing
the new east side for Manuel Castro. These drawings show both sides of
the new duplex combined. Please schedule our reviews adjacent to each
other if possible. Both owners have approved the design of the other side.

Hey Hans and Michael,
The Town of Vail has received the separate conceptual design review applications for each half of the proposed
new duplex at 925 Fairway Drive/Lot 1, Vail Village Filing 10.
For zoning purposes, Lot 1 is treated as one entity and not as two separate properties. Therefore, a single set
of consolidated architectural plans must be submitted for this proposal. Pursuant to Section 14-10-6, Residential
Development, Vail Town Code, the proposed new duplex must be an architecturally unified structure with a
unified site development and landscape plan.
Once a consolidated set of proposed plans has been submitted to the Community Development Department, this
proposal will be scheduled for review by the Town of Vail Design Review Board.
