For zoning purposes, Lot 1 is treated as one entity and not as two separate properties. Therefore, a single set of consolidated architectural plans must be submitted for this proposal. Pursuant to Section 14-10-6, Residential Development, Vail Town Code, the proposed new duplex must be an architecturally unified structure with a unified site development and landscape plan. Once a consolidated set of proposed plans has been submitted to the Community Development Department, this proposal will be scheduled for review by the Town of Vail Design Review Board.
