I have you on the agenda for DRB next Wednesday 3/17. If we want to make this hearing happen, I need the following by Friday at the very latest: 1. Updated site plan showing existing and proposed grades, not just how new grade ties in. 2. bottom of wall and top of wall elevations for the boulder retaining walls 3. Will any of the foundation walls be exposed from regrading? If so, I need info on how that will be finished to match. 4. What will the boulders look like? 5. Cut sheet for handrail design, materials and color Prior to building permit, I will need a tree preservation plan from an arborist as well as a site plan with sewer and water locates.
