General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving the additio of afitlV*l'Ar�,tlhdlV&
net floor area and /or gross residential floor area (GRFA). This also includes proposals for `residential 250 additions' and
'interior conversions'. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be found at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information —
Town Code Online. All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit ap-
plication. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Commu-
nity Development Department, as outlined in the submittal requirements. The project may also need to be reviewed by

Dear Mr. Webb:
This letter serves as formal notification that Bishop Park Homeowners Association (the
"Association ") has reviewed and approved the overall design plans for the remodel for Unit 2 of the
Association, including exterior modifications. Due to the need to resolve certain legalities pursuant to the
Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act ("CCIOA ") and the Association's governing documents,
exterior modifications shall not commence until such matters have been satisfactorily resolved.
In addition, you will be required to enter into a Remodel Agreement with the Association. You
will receive formal notice as to when to proceed once the issues required by CCIOA and the Association's
governing documents have been resolved and once the Remodel Agreement has been signed, required
deposits have been received and certificates of insurance have been obtained by the Association.
In the interim, please note and provide notice to the Town of Vail that the plans, as reviewed, are
approved by the Association.
