I am routing him the plans so wait till Monday to call him at 970 - 479 -2235 I will be out of Town until the 5th of April. I have not put you on the agenda for the 7th as I can staff approve your application. There will just be conditions about access for construction, the installation of sediment fence to protect against erosion into the creek during the work, the removal of the flood lights, and other minor conditions. You should definitely have plan in case you cannot access across Tract G. The Town generally tries to avoid people cross Town -owned tracts. I will talk to you upon my return. We have a letter they signed that includes their agreement with this change & the other changes to the house. I can get a copy of this letter to you. We may need to use the open space TOV land to the east for access. Please send us the information we need to gain access. Thank you for offering to help us get this information. Also the next time you need to visit the site & get to the back side, please let us know. We can give you the code so you can enter the house and then go through garage to the deck or through the house to the back yard. I have a question for you. In reviewing your plans I see that you would like to stain your garage door to match your new front door. I will have difficulty in staff approving this. I would like to suggest you leave your garage door grey to match the facia. Are you amenable to this? If not we can go to the DRB to have them reach a determination. Also how do you plan to access the site for construction? I was at the site yesterday walking through snow to my waist :) and noticed how step the site was and the existing mature vegetation. Do you plan to utilize the tract of land file: HC: \Documents and Settings \Administrator \Local Settings \Temp \XPgrpwise \4BAC8... 04/05/2010 Page 2 of 2 to the east of your property? If so I believe this is Town land and there is a process to utilized a piece of Town land. Please let me know.
