RENOVATION AREA DESCRIPTION:
The Residence in building #9, unit #3 is planned far selective renovation.
The interior walls are covered in sheetrock with a heavy tro�c�eled-on texture,
and the ceilings are sheetrock like the walls. The floors are covered with
carpet, and ceramic tiles. ""�
CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATiONS:
Laboratory analysis of the bulk samples, indicate that Asbestos was detected
in all three samples. However, the Asbestos content is less than the
Regulatory Limit (Greater than 1% Asbestos). The Asbestos content was
verified by the required Point Count Analysis.

INTRODUCTION:
On April 15�", 2010 an inspectian,�survey was conducted and 3 bulk
samples were collected from:
The Vail Racquet Club Townhomes
4630 Vail Racquet Club Drive
Building #9, Unit #3
Vail, C4.
"I'he purpose of �he inspectiocvsurvey was to locate and sample
suspected Asbestos cantaining materials �hat mi?ht be present in the area of
the Residence that :s planned for selective i ntzr or renovation.
The inspection was made, and the samples were collected by John R.
Peterman, an A.H.ti.R.A. and State of Colorado Certified Asbestos
Inspector. Great care was �aken during the inspe�tion and sampling to be as
accurate as possibie. lt should be noted that minimal damage was done to
the existing buildir�g structures during t�►e inspectian so there is no
documentation for unseen conditions or stored items.
