Description of the Request: We would like to add a chimney enclosure around two boiler vents and a radon vent
so they will not be visible from the Residence. The owner would also like to remove the exterior stucco and
replace it with wood siding. The main chimney will be changed from stucco to stone.

Change to Approved Plans
FRITZLEN PIERCE ARCHITECTS

Fritzlen Pierce Architects would like to submit two changes to the approved plans of 454 Beaver Dam
Road based on the owner's request.
Add a small chimney enclosure over the master bedroom to shield the boiler vent
terminations and a radon vent. The allowable pvc termination for the boiler vents did not
meet the visual standards of the client, and therefore we would like to screen them.
Change of exterior material. We would like to eliminate the stucco on the second level and
replace it with wood siding to match the approved wood siding. We would like to replace the
stucco on the exterior of the main fireplace with stone veneer to match the approved stone.
Attached find 2 sets of bubbled drawings showing the requested changes.
