Re: Fire Inspections for the Solaris 2010
Dear Mr. Nobel;
Thank you for providing the information we requested regarding the projected timing and progress
on the Solaris project.
Based on our analysis of the expected work load and frequency of inspections necessary to facilitate
the critical path for completion of the Solaris on schedule, we have determined Vail Fire & Emergency
Services will incur additional expenses in excess of the permit fees in the amount of$15,000 (fifteen
thousand dollars and zero cents).
We can still perform inspections without incurring additional expenses but inspections will not be
available either on the frequency or schedule necessary to meet the Solaris timelines.
The fee will be assessed against the building permit in January, 2010.
Please contact me if you have questions or additional concerns.
Sincerely,
Michael McGee
