Hi Rachel. Things might be changing on our end. Now Jonathan Staufer wants
to explore putting the mech equipment inside the digits space and not adding
the mechanical shed.
Read the following email trail:
We certainly should meet later in the week to discuss this new issue. I
have asked Ron Keenan to look into the impacts of putting the large
make-up-air-unit inside the digits Nails store.
But other questions arise:
1. Do I still make the Wednesday (tomorrow) deadline for paper work
involved to submit for a Major Amendment to reverse the previous amendment
which allowed residential space to exist on the retail level? I have a call
into Rachel for this one but I think the answer is YES.
2.Do we still put off the ramp construction until fall? If we don't,
then how does that impact our future construction?
3.What about the sunken vault, that will still be disturbing common
space (even though it is buried)?

Gentlemen -
I suggest we schedule a meeting for later this week.
Thursday or Friday all day work for me.
My problem is that we don't own the exterior space. While it was anticipated
that some equipment would go on to the common area, it was not understood
that the unit that has been specked would require a 10 x 10 pad.
This is 100 sq. ft of common area.
We have to figure out a way to do this with minimal impact to the common
area, which is why I've offered the digits space free of charge to the
restaurant.

John- I added one more file to the FTP site called PEC080049. it is the
whole file on the most recent SDD amendment. this will be very helpful and
probably all encompassing research for you. Let me know if you cannot access
and Ill get the CD burned. Otherwise you probably dont need to stop in for
plans.
