Dear Bill,
Please allow this email to serve as our acceptance of the latest plans submitted on 4 -28 -10 by the Lopez
Residence at #8 Eiger Chalets as they are - I have been told they are also maintaining the front door in
the style that is currently in existence, not as drawn on this application. (I believe these plans supercede
the plans previously submitted and show no visible change to the front exterior of the building). We are
out of town for 3 more weeks and will submit the "proper" form at that time, as we do not have access to
printer or fax until then. Thank you for your due diligence in this matter.
