TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE OF COMMON ELEMENTS
Pursuant to the authority contained in C.R.S., § 38-33.3-312 the Members of The Valley Condominium
Association, Inc., a Colorado non profit corporation (the °Association"), this plat has been approved by the
Members of the Association and the Association has been given the consent and authority of the Members
to convey common elements as necessary to give effect to the plat, including without limitation the
dimensions of Units as depicted on this plat. Therefore, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the Association, the Association has remised, released, sold and
quitclaimed to all Owners (whose Units as shown on this plat include areas that were or may have previously
been depicted as common elements on any prior plat), and by these presents do remise, sell and quitclaim
